DELIVERY

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and delivery typically takes 5–7 working days depending on your location.

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide — pay when your order arrives. Bank transfer (IBFT) is also available at checkout.

You'll receive tracking details once your order ships. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, message us on WhatsApp at +92 326 6010470 and we'll follow up with the courier.

RETURNS

Every order is checked before it ships. Because our products are cosmetic and sealed for hygiene and safety, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Message us on Whats App at +92 326 6010470 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
